The Background Story
In the early 1990’s, Dr. Lockstone qualified and practiced as a Chiropractor while exploring lead-generation possibilities for Chiropractors online. To date, Dr. Lockstone’s efforts have generated over 11,000 new business leads to clients across Australia.
Robert too has busied himself taking advertising and marketing communications to markets, most recently as Associate Creative director at Australia’s oldest advertising agency, George Patterson Y&R.
In August of 2010, Robert resigned from George Patterson Y&R to join Dr. Lockstone in further developing the proprietary Client Source System, focusing their efforts on a powerful local lead generation system for professionals and enterprises.
Client Source has invested in proprietary technology in-order to implement a marketing methodology that is unique to the industry, both cutting-edge and old-fashioned, Client Source uses modern technology and media to connect clients looking for local services to local service providers through the telephone.
We believe that people still want to pick up the phone and talk to a person.
Dr Steven Lockstone
Steven is the founding director of Client Source and a qualified Chiropractor; with over 10 years hands-on experience and having started and grown multiple chiropractic offices, he understands what it means to run a small business. Steven specialises in improving results in new customer acquisition through search engine optimisation, search marketing, social marketing and traditional media. His experience combines expertise in building and scaling niche websites to drive traffic for product and service based enterprises. He has a specialist skill in local area marketing and online reputation management.
Robert has managed advertising for numerous multinational brands over the last 12 years, including MasterCard, Nestle, Panasonic, ANA Airlines and Reckitt Benckiser. Before leaving to set up Client Source he held the position of Associate Creative Director at Young & Rubicam in Sydney – Australia’s oldest advertising agency, responsible for some of the most memorable and effective advertising and marketing campaigns of the last 75 years.
Mick is digital native with over 13 years experience in all things web. In this time he’s earned his stripes in digital agencies, software startups, online businesses and hands-on (elbow-deep) in well over 500 different AdWords accounts. He gets inspired and rewarded by a lot of things – his wife and 3 boys – and by fast-tracking the results for his clients through: creative digital strategies, optimized Google AdWords and Facebook ad campaigns, plus insight-rich analytics. He’s also a passionate advocate of smart retargeting, and has recently shared his tactics with the world at the HiddenAudience.com. When not basking in the glow of his computer, he’s out soaking up the southern-hemisphere lifestyle as a South African/ New Zealand and now Australian resident.
Philip G Chiu
Philip has nearly 10 years of Internet advertising and search experience with companies that range from successful startups to Fortune 500 media companies. He’s held various high-level positions in search and interactive advertising including Yahoo, SearchForce, BMG, Kenshoo and FMCG companies in Greater China. He is a multifaceted execution driven businessman and with deep international experience in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Innovation. He serves on numerous boards and advisory boards of both public and private companies. An industry expert and frequent speaker at conferences all over Asia, Chiu has a BS in Mathematics & Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University and is a Woodrow Wilson Fellow. Philip G Chiu assists Client Source to further expand and oversee the sales and marketing plan – with particular respect to the Asia-Pacific region. Philip plays a key role, working with management and board members on strategic business direction and execution strategy .
